A bot replies to requests for return. Not even a good one. Cannot answer a simple request about where to find the serial number they are requesting (I don't want to open the box and it's supposed to be on the box but is missing). When I ask where to find it, I just get repeat messages telling me to send the serial number!

F65U will not charge. When I plug the power cable in the scooter the scooter power comes on, but it does not start charging. It times out and then powers off. Sometimes when I plug it in nothing happens.

2023 Segway Villain is defective (lemon)

Bought Segway Villain SX10 2023 on 9/2/2023 for $15,000. It is a lemon, nothing but problems.

Want a replacement side by side or money back.IM 71. MY WIFE 72 . WE WERE SO EXCITED TO BUY THIS BIKE, IT HAS CAUSED SO MUCH ANXIETY IN OUR LIVES. WE DON'T HAVE THIS KIND OF MONEY.

IT TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO GET THIS MONEY, NOW WE HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH A LEMON.

P.S. ALL THE PROBLEMS BELOW ARE STILL EXISTING AND NEED TO BE FIXED.

MAJOR RATTLE AS SOON AS I GOT IT HOME FROM BEING REPAIRED. (I WASN'T TAKING IT RIGHT BACK TO THE SHOP AGAIN)

THE FIRST MILE LACK OF POWER AND BACKFIRES WHEN LETTING OFF THE GAS

BOTTOM BOLTS IN FRONT SHOCKS ARE TO SHORT BY PROBABLY 1/2" (THE BRACKET IS BENT BECAUSE THE BOLT WAS OVERTIGHTENED TRYING TO GET INTO THE THREADS BECAUSE THE BOLTS WERE TO SHORT) NOW THE BRACKET WILL NEED TO BE HAMMERED OUT AND REPAINTED.

STEERING IS NOW CANTED TO THE RIGHT OVER ADJUSTED LAST VISIT (ADJUSTED IMPROPERLY NEEDS TO BE DONE AGAIN. CAN BE DANGEROUS.)

BOLT ON HEAT SHIELD IS MISSING.

I WAS GOING TO REPLACE IT BUT IT IS BROKEN OFF. (2ND SHIELD UP}

CLUTCH BELT SQUEALING WHEN YOU START FROM DEAD STOP PROBABLY STRETCHED AND CLUTCH NEEDS GREASE

WHEN YOU PUT IT IN GEAR YOU GET A MAJOR CLUNKING SOUND (SOMETIMES)

WHEN YOU STOP IT WILL SHUT OFF (SOMETIMES)

VERY BACK UNDER SHIELD WAS DENTED IN AND 2 GOUGES IN BACK LEFT WHEEL. I FIGURE WHEN IT WAS TAKEN OUT TO TEST DRIVE SOMEONE TOOK IT FOR A JOY RIDE INSTEAD OF A TEST RIDE. IT DIDN'T COME THAT WAY OUT OF THE CRATE.

IT WASN'T ME! I ONLY RIDE ON THE ROAD.

BACK PASSENGER SIDE SHOCK FALLING APART.

I THINK BACK PASSENGER BRAKE IS LEAKING.

MIGHT BE FROM THE SHOCK

COWL/HOOD change due to damage, replacement is also damaged and needs replacement.

No longer have faith in this rig, 1 thing gets fixed and something else goes wrong. Can't drive it most of the time

I had a broken charge port and had to hook up the wires differently and ended up crossing the wires and I think I burned up the control panel.

They basically said they couldn't help me. No help at all from them

I bought a ninebot as the 2nd owner. Linked it to my app at purchase to make sure the old owner was unbound.

Everything worked great, loved it for 2 months. Then I log in and it's bound itself back to the old email. Old owner isn't able to unbind it and tech told me if I could get the email they could do it on their end. Got the email, proof of sale, and then they said no they actually won't do it without the original invoice from when it was new even though I had an invoice and bill of sale along with screenshots from previous owner.

So now I have no way of unbinding the unit. Use caution if buying any of their products used.

Segway Powersports avoid at all costs. Bought 5 quads, one engine broken at 3 months and 2000 km only on road, never off road, and they are denying warranty. All 5 quads have issues. Worst products ever bought. Worst service ever given, will make it public everywhere. This is a big con.

Terrible product. I purchased two of these electric scooters and one of them stopped holding a charge about a year later. We dont use them a ton. Never crashed them and always stored them properly. Ive contacted Segway and they say there is nothing they can do. They dont even have any suggestions of places to take it to repair it. Not helpful and a terrible product. We dont even use them very much. Ridiculous with how expensive they are. I wont be buying from this company ever again.

Buying Segway Snarler was the biggest business mistake Ive ever made. The lousy product you are using to con people out is on the same plate as the worst customer service given by Tenerife representant along with Segway Portugal.

Liars and cons. I have bought 5 Snarlers, all 5 have issues since the beginning, they were delivered with loose front wheels, all with practically unusable gear shifters, one of them with loose driveshaft, which in the end has lost it therefore lost all engine oil, and obviously damaged the engine.

Its been in Tenerife dealer since Feb this year, they refuse to repair it, and try to charge us for dismantling and storage, although they told Segway Portugal that we have taken the vehicle out of their premises, which is a lie. The vehicle is still with them, they only have verbally promised they will teach us whos the bad ***

Broken Ninebot Go Kart Pro

I spent $1840 for a Go Kart Pro for my son from Best Buy in December and have had nothing but problems ever since. The latest today was the kart wont sync with iPhone so you cannot do anything to the kart.

Secondly, today all of the sudden, the kart will barely move even at full throttle. TECH "support" is horrendous and only thru email or chat. They provide zero help and seem to be reading from a script to avoid providing real support. Finally, the warranty is a joke!

If something goes wrong with the kart as in our case. you have to "buy from Segway an original or approved box to send to repair center" ! And pay to ship it to repair center! So now you have to pay several hundred dollars to get the kart fixed on top of what you paid for it.

Segway as a company is pathetic to treat customers like this. I will never buy another one of their product

Avoid at all costs! The minute you have a problem, they deny warranty. Engine seized at 2000km, 3 months old, never off road. SCAMERS. Bought 5 SNARLERS, all were delivered with loose front wheels and all with gear lever impossible to move while engine running. CUSTOMER SERVICE -NONE. WARRANTY - NONE. SCAMMERS!!!
